Meet The Team
Natasha Mullen
M.Ed., LPCMH, LMSW, ACS
Hello, I am Natasha Mullen, the owner of Milestones Consultants. Growing up, I did not understand what counseling was or how it could've helped me. Due to past experiences, I always struggled on the path from my childhood to young adulthood, and yet always pretended that everything was "fine". Then I learned that we ALL have struggles and that there are ways/skills/techniques that make life challenges more manageable. I also learned that there are specific things that we can work on and there are ways we can truly feel better. That's why I started Milestones Consultants. I wanted to be a part of that journey. I wanted to create a safe place where you wouldn't feel judged and could express what you're dealing with instead of pretending to be "ok". Milestones Consultants is more than a business to me, it is my passion. Whether it's helping a client get over the past or helping a new clinician get started, we're here for it!! We're here for the journey!!

Dr. Sandra Morris-Hagans, Ed, MCC, LPCMH
When individuals experience a disruptions or severe live stressors, it’s not uncommon that the trajectory of their life pivots. Therapy is universal but a unique process for every individual, each person having their own story that shaped what they are currently experiencing. My philosophy is that everyone should have a safe-healing place to effectively work through life’s difficulties and personal life challenges. I love helping individuals move towards healthier relationships and healthy lifestyles with deep respectof the therapeutic relationship that fosters an atmosphere for them to tell their story and become the author of their own lives. My work includes assisting with clients (children, adults & families) experiencing anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, anger, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strength-based Approaches to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships.
Dr. Julius Mullen, Ed.D, LPCMH
My name is Dr. Julius Mullen and I’ve treated hundreds of children, adolescents and adults for over two decades with a specific emphasis on teen boys and adult men. My clinical specialties are trauma focused interventions, cognitive behavioral strategies and culturally responsive approaches. Through evidenced based/informed practices, my treatment has been highly effective demonstrated by improved outcomes, enhanced resiliency and utilization of tools and resources. Although I am grateful for client satisfaction, I am mostly inspired by each person’s courageous ability to recognize their internal distress, learn new coping mechanisms and infuse those skills in everyday life. Addressing mental health stigma is also very important to me. Many people do not seek counseling because of false beliefs, inaccurate narratives and misinformed messages. “I wish I knew counseling was like this, I would have started years ago. It’s like talking to a really good trustworthy friend who can actually help you talk it out and learn new ways to deal with your problems. I feel so much better to get all the stress out of my system for once in my life,” Shared by a 35 year old male client.
