Clinical Supervision

Interns, Pre-licensed, and Newly Licensed Therapists

Milestones offers dynamic, supportive clinical supervision to graduate student interns and professional counselors and social workers seeking licensure, as well as, newly licensed professionals seeking consultation. Supervision is offered as individual or group sessions and facilitated in-person or virtually.

New & Experienced

Milestones' experienced, licensed clinicians provide consultation to both new and experienced Masters level therapists working in many areas, including:

Golden Thread (assessment, treatment planning, progress notes, discharge)
Ethics including cultural sensitivity and telehealth
Trauma and Vicarious Trauma
Mood disorders
Child and adolescent issues
School-based practices
Women’s Issues

Supervision for clinical licensure is available for therapists working towards their LCSW and LCPMH. Each Supervisee will carry a small caseload to gain "on the job training" experience while earning payments ($30-$35) as contracted with Milestones. Supervision is also available for community professionals in agencies, schools, etc. Cost: Bi-weekly group supervision (with up to 6 selected participants): $30/session (60 minutes) Individual supervision: $150 and higher (50 minutes)

Face to Face

Individual or group supervision is available for those residing in Delaware who are pre-licensed therapists or recently licensed therapists. Supervision will consists of a structured discipline tutorial process whereas principles are transformed into practical skills. Milestones Supervision is based on CBT therapeutic models, a client centered approach with focus on trauma, depression and anxiety for all ages. The purpose of Supervision is to improve counseling skills and effectiveness of the supervisee.

Video Supervision

Supervision and/or consultation can also provided by phone or video. Supervision is based on case discussion and/or review of recorded documentation.

Master Level Internships

This internship allows students in pursuit for their Masters Degree in counseling and or social work. Milestones Consultants partner with the student's University or College.

Practice Makes Perfect Consultation Group is a consultation group for clinicians in behavior health private practices. PMP was created to connect clinicians and provide a network of support.

PMP meets bi-monthly on the 4th Friday at 11:30a - 12:30p est.
