Milestones Consultants is one of the few health practices in the state of Delaware that offers a wide variety of mental health services and resources.

Counseling
Services
We offer individual and family counseling services to support emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and promote personal growth.
Our counselors work with children, teens, and adults to navigate life’s challenges, improve communication, manage stress, and build healthy coping skills.
Through our ARISE model clients gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools to create lasting, positive change.
School Based Services
When student mental health is unsupported, classrooms suffer, behaviors escalate, and learning stalls.
Our School-Based Counseling Program delivers on-site, results-driven counseling that supports students academically, emotionally, and socially — before challenges become crises.
We provide individual counseling, group counseling (intervention and prevention), assessments, and crisis response directly on campus. Students learn emotional regulation, stress management, communication skills, and conflict resolution — skills that translate into improved classroom focus, reduced behavioral incidents, and healthier peer relationships.
Clinician/Intern Services
We support the next generation of mental health professionals through high-quality clinical supervision designed to strengthen skills, confidence, and ethical practice.
Offered in both individual and group formats—available in person or virtually—our supervision model promotes professional growth, clinical excellence, and long-term success in the field.
Ideal for graduate interns, pre-licensed counselors and social workers, and newly licensed professionals seeking consultation.
Training
Programs
We incorporate nationally recognized, evidence-based practices to support staff, managers, and leadership at every level. Our program improves performance, and reduces burnout.
Research consistently shows that employees at high risk for depression generate the highest healthcare costs over time, even when other health risks are considered.
By addressing mental health proactively, organizations can reduce long-term costs and create a more supportive workplace culture.
